Paul started in the business in 1984 and has, over the years, worked in every department. His knowledge of the business is immense and he is the person most of our regular clients speak to on a day to day basis.

He is also the controller of our transport so the best person to talk to regarding deliveries.

Tony Simpson MIMF

Anthony, Tony to those that know him, started in the metal finishing industry back in 1976 as a trainee electroplater in the family business. His father Douglas, did not believe his son should have an easy ride and during the following years Tony worked hard and learnt everything he could about the business of metal finishing.

Tony is very much a "hands on" man and you will often find him wearing Wellington boots on the shop floor, ensuring that the products produced still conform to the highest quality standards and that our customers requirements are continually met. Tony is a Member of the Institute of Metal Finishing.

FUTURE

Tony's ambition is to see Douglas's continued development well into the next millennium and he believes that the way to do this is to constantly maintain and improve, customer satisfaction.

Steven Sudlow MIMF

Steven helped form DMF in 2002 after 28 years in the trade. He is the man to speak to regarding new business accounts and any financial/technical queries you may have.

With his hobby in computers Steven's influence has helped to develop the modern computerised system that we operate today and indeed the design and construction of this web site has been one of his more recent achievements.
